The rituals, mantras, Havans, and astrological/muhurat analyses provided by Pandit Niranjan Pandey are rooted in ancient Sanatan Dharma texts, Shukla Yajurveda scriptures, and traditional Vedic Jyotish guidelines.

• No Medical or Legal Claims: Rituals (such as Maha Mrityunjay Jaap or Navgrah Shanti) are offered for spiritual solace, positivity, and mental peace. They should never substitute for professional medical treatment, psychiatric consultation, financial advisory, or legal counsel.
• No Miracle Guarantees: Results of spiritual actions depend on individual faith, karma, and devotion. In compliance with advertising policies and ethical standards, we make no claims of instant life changes or guaranteed outcomes.

2. Transparent "Pay After Puja" Dakshina Structure

To maintain the highest level of consumer trust and eliminate financial risk for families in Bangalore:

• Zero Mandatory Advance: We do NOT take mandatory upfront advance deposits for standard home pujas.
• Satisfaction First: You offer Dakshina only after the ceremony, Havan, and Aarti are conducted to your complete spiritual satisfaction.

3. Refund & Cancellation Terms

• No Prepayment Loss: Since Dakshina is paid directly upon conclusion of the ritual, you never face the risk of losing money on unperformed services.
• Free Cancellation & Rescheduling: If your plans change due to personal or handover reasons, you may cancel or postpone the booking without any financial penalty.
• Samagri Costs: If customized fresh perishable items (e.g. customized 27-tree fresh leaves, specialized garlands, or pre-ordered prasadam) were specifically procured by Pandit Ji at your written request, nominal reimbursement for the actual store receipt may be requested if cancelled at the last minute.
• Addressing Concerns: Should you have any query or dissatisfaction with any aspect of the ritual during the ceremony, please communicate immediately with Pandit Ji so it can be corrected on the spot.
